Private villa
One villa, one group
Villa Avocado is rented as a whole: 3 houses in an avocado orchard, with no other guests. A calm, green and very comfortable place for extended families, gatherings and office events — we have hosted groups since 2020. Smaller groups are very welcome too: the villa can host up to 40 guests.

2 swimming pools
An adult pool 1.3 m deep and a separate kids’ pool 60 cm deep, so parents can relax while keeping an eye on the little ones.

Our hall is a large sun room with fresh, cool air flowing through — room for the whole group: company meetings, workshops, training or gatherings.

Avocado orchard
The villa sits in its own avocado orchard — hence the name. Take a morning walk among the trees and pick your own avocados in season.

Cool Lembang evenings are best spent together around the fire, with plenty of outdoor tables and seating for the whole group.

Sing together in the evening or when it rains, in a sun room of its own, separate from the hall — with 3 sofas, a TV and karaoke speakers.

How much does the villa cost?
IDR 5,000,000 per night on weekdays (Sunday–Thursday nights) and IDR 6,000,000 per night on Friday and Saturday nights and public holidays — for the whole villa, not per person.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 40 guests, and smaller groups are very welcome too. The villa is 3 houses with 7 bedrooms and 12 twin beds, and up to 15 extra beds can be added (extra fee).
Can we rent individual rooms?
No. The villa is only rented as a whole to one group, so you never share it with other guests.
How do I book?
Pick your dates on the Book page and send a request. We reply on WhatsApp to confirm the dates, the final price and payment details. Nothing is paid on the website.
What is the minimum stay?
One night.
