This page explains what information we receive through the Villa Avocado Lembang website and how we use it, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
What we receive
When you send a booking request: your name, WhatsApp number, email (if given), dates, number of adults and children, purpose of stay, extras and notes.
What we use it for
Only to handle your request: checking availability, contacting you on WhatsApp or by email, and arranging your booking. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Only the people who run the villa. A copy of your request is sent to our email through an email delivery service (Resend), and the website is hosted by Vercel.
How long we keep it
The website does not store requests in a database. Copies stay in our email and WhatsApp for as long as they are needed for your booking.
Your rights

Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The Contact and Travel guide pages show a Google Maps map: when it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
